Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website and our free pilot. PixelDrape Studios is part of Asendrix and is based in Sweden.
Using this website
You may browse this site and share links to it. The images, films and text on it are ours or used with permission; please don’t copy or reuse them without asking.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site or the pilot request form to send anything unlawful, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to upload images you don’t have the right to share with us.
Free pilots
A pilot is a small, no-obligation sample we render from images you send us. We may decline a request, for example if we can’t work with the images supplied. Pilot images are for your evaluation only until we agree otherwise in writing.
Images you send us
You keep all rights to your garments, designs and images. By sending them, you confirm you’re allowed to share them with us and you let us use them only to produce your pilot or project. We don’t use them to train models or for any other purpose.
Paid work
Production work, licensing of final images, prices and delivery times are set out in a written agreement before any paid work begins. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Disclaimers & liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is, with no warranty beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from its use. If you’re a consumer in the EU, nothing here limits any protection the law gives you that can’t be waived by contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by the courts of Sweden.
